About the role
- Analysis and problem solving: Identify faults and root causes (performance cases) and develop sustainable solutions to optimize asset availability.
- Technical optimization: Design and implement technical measures to increase efficiency and improve performance.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor relevant KPIs such as energy production, availability and costs.
- Derive action recommendations and prepare customer reporting as part of operations & maintenance (O&M) contracts.
- Project management: Independently manage projects in the field of technical operations management for offshore wind farms.
- Onboarding & continuous improvement: Implement onboarding for new customers and continuously enhance existing performance analyses.
Requirements
- Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- Project management certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
- Knowledge or experience in offshore wind energy, the energy sector or renewable energies is desirable
- Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and performance cases
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and service teams
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills
