About the role

  • Operational HR duties: Take responsibility for handling onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments and references, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Employee support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaboration with the works council: Work closely with the works council, conduct consultation/hearing procedures and actively contribute to the development of new works agreements.
  • Personnel development and planning: Support personnel development and workforce planning by contributing innovative ideas and designing tailored solutions for the advancement of our employees.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in operational HR
  • Good knowledge of labor law and works council legislation
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
