About the role
- Coordinate purchase orders and manage order confirmations
- Handle the switchboard and correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers
- Maintain personnel records and support event organization
- Manage and create content for social media channels
- Support recruiting and application processes
- Manage existing clients and approach new customers
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management, Industrial Clerk, Marketing Communications, Office Administrator, Wholesale and Foreign Trade) or a similar qualification
- Initial experience in marketing or sales
- Proficient in MS Office
- Confident use of social media
- Knowledge of SAP ERP or willingness to learn
- Organized, strong communication skills, and able to work independently
