About the role
- Responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans, goals, and budgets
- Assemble, coordinate, and schedule project teams
- Create project schedules and implement methods for measuring project results
- Conduct project planning and evaluation
- Manage and deliver customer communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate with customers in a clear, positive, and professional manner
- Create and manage Statements of Work (SoW) to clearly define project deliverables and scope
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Project management certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2 (completed)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, professional services, or service delivery roles within the IT and supply chain sectors
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Foundational knowledge of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience and exposure to Agile methodologies
- Willingness and ability to travel both nationally and internationally (up to 30-40%)
- Understanding of supply chain operations and processes is a plus
