About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process customer orders within the ERP system
  • Respond to routine customer requests via email, phone, or mail
  • Support the Sales Team through accurate and timely entry of sample requests
  • Answer customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Follow up on order fulfillment from entry through delivery
  • Work closely with Planning to facilitate order information flow
  • Distribute information across multiple departments in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update accurate customer database information
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Follow established company SOP and ISO Guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of administrative, customer service, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Resourceful, proactive self-starter able to think ahead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Availability Monday–Friday, ideally 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. EST
