Key responsibilities & impact

Omada is reimagining virtual-first care for pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsible for analytics governance, shared definitions, and enablement processes
Ensure teams can ask and answer critical business questions quickly with high trust in the data
Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams
Act as central product owner for analytics ecosystem, setting clear standards and driving adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent/relevant years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s (or generally 3+ with an advanced degree)
Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
Experience establishing governance processes & associated tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions
Track record of working on problems that are not clearly defined, using advanced knowledge and conceptual thinking to develop solutions
Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (advanced degree preferred)
