About the role

  • Omada is reimagining virtual-first care for pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Responsible for analytics governance, shared definitions, and enablement processes
  • Ensure teams can ask and answer critical business questions quickly with high trust in the data
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Act as central product owner for analytics ecosystem, setting clear standards and driving adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent/relevant years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s (or generally 3+ with an advanced degree)
  • Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
  • Experience establishing governance processes & associated tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions
  • Track record of working on problems that are not clearly defined, using advanced knowledge and conceptual thinking to develop solutions
  • Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (advanced degree preferred)
