Map and evaluate end-to-end workflows across go-to-market (GTM), operational, and technical teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or redesign.
Lead initiatives that improve member experience, reduce operational friction, and enhance efficiency.
Define key process metrics (cycle time, cost-to-serve, error rate, etc.) and build dashboards or scorecards to monitor performance.
Partner with other operational and analytical teams to turn process data into actionable insights.
Conduct root cause analyses and deliver clear recommendations that drive measurable impact.
Partner with operational and GTM teams to pilot, scale, and sustain process improvements.
Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials that support adoption.
Lead cross-functional change management efforts to ensure new processes are embedded and effective.
Ensure that all processes align with Omada’s standards for clinical quality, privacy (HIPAA), and regulatory compliance.
Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to maintain readiness for client and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or program operations—preferably in digital health or health tech.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) and comfort working with data to assess impact.
Experience with go-to-market systems, such as CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Background in operations strategy, product operations, or continuous improvement (preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (preferred).
Experience in a hybrid clinical-technology setting (e.g., telehealth, remote care, population health) (preferred).
