About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect the assigned territory by identifying, approaching, and pitching local small and medium-sized businesses
- Build and own the sales pipeline through walk-ins, door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking
- Pitch business owners face to face and activate live free trials on the spot using their real business content
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through trial activation and paid conversion
- Learn and sell the Omada AI product quickly
- Track activity, present accounts in team reviews, and improve close rates week over week
- Work the assigned territory in person daily
- Participate in a short async video interview and interview with a field leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven field or outside sales experience with demonstrable results
- Experience selling face to face, such as door-to-door, B2B field, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to self-prospect and build a pipeline from zero
- Comfortable walking into businesses cold
- Ability to ask for the business, handle objections in the moment, and secure a next step
- Self-managed and disciplined
- Ability to work effectively as a 1099 contractor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work the territory in person daily
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
