Chief Marketing Officer

• Own and evolve OM1’s product marketing vision, strategy, and operating approach across the full product portfolio.
• Define portfolio-level positioning, value propositions, and narrative frameworks that clearly articulate OM1’s differentiated value in the market.
• Establish and maintain consistent messaging architecture across products, platforms, and customer segments.
• Serve as a thought partner to Product and Executive Leadership, bringing market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for major product launches, platform enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align launch planning, execution, and outcomes.
• Define launch goals, success metrics, and measurement frameworks to assess impact and continuously improve GTM performance.
• Ensure sales and customer-facing teams are equipped with clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and enablement materials.
• Translate complex technical, scientific, and data-driven capabilities into clear, compelling, and credible narratives for diverse audiences.
• Develop and maintain core messaging frameworks, pitch decks, sales enablement assets, and executive-level presentations.
• Support high-impact commercial opportunities with tailored messaging, narratives, and materials.
• Act as a steward of OM1’s product story, ensuring consistency and clarity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
• Lead customer, market, and competitive research efforts to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM decisions.
• Synthesize insights from customer conversations, industry events, and market trends into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive dynamics and evolving buyer needs to proactively adjust strategy.
• Represent OM1 externally through conference presentations, webinars, customer meetings, and industry forums as appropriate.
• Partner with internal teams to develop thought leadership content such as blogs, articles, case studies, and presentations aligned to OM1’s product narrative.
• Build credibility for OM1 by articulating its product vision and value with confidence and authority.
