About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support direct procurement, planning and sourcing activities to ensure availability of raw materials and components required for production
Actively participate in the management of strategic production-related purchasing (raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients, packaging materials and industrial consumables)
Contribute to securing supplies, cost optimization and supplier panel performance, while complying with the quality, regulatory and operational requirements of the pharmaceutical industry
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance teams to support operational activities and continuous improvement projects
Assist with supply chain data analysis and the preparation of dashboards to support decision-making
Provide occasional support for sustainability and responsible procurement initiatives in collaboration with the relevant teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration or similar — internship required as part of the academic program & internship agreement required
Strong interest in procurement, supply chain and industrial environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sectors
Good understanding of S&OP processes, planning or procurement management
Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data
Fluent in French with good proficiency in English
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with an ERP (Sage or equivalent) is an asset
