About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, specialists and GPs in respiratory and uro-gynecology therapeutic areas
  • Provide accurate product information and scientific documentation, and respond promptly to specific medico-scientific inquiries from both external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, patients, etc.) and internal teams
  • Organize and attend advisory boards, symposia, seminars and other similar events
  • Ensure proper follow-up and monitoring of clinical studies and summarize literature research in databases
  • Communicate relevant scientific insights from field interactions to local medical and commercial teams, contributing to the integration of real-world expertise
  • Offer scientific support to the Marketing and Sales teams, including training and validation of promotional materials, while ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with the Lysates Team on strategy development and drive the implementation of product strategies
  • Contribute to pharmacovigilance by assisting with the transmission and processing of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs)
  • Support the Regulatory and Market access team if requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Scientific or Medical education (Master’s, PhD, M.D., or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Medical Affairs or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to interpret and assimilate clinical studies and scientific data, and to deliver scientific presentations and medical training to healthcare professionals
  • Good knowledge of the Swiss medical environment (legal/regulatory/health system)
  • Business fluency in German, French and English
  • Readiness to travel, mainly in Switzerland with occasional international travel
  • Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on and flexible environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
