About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and employee lifecycle management (contracts, onboarding, personnel files, visas, work permits, employment certificates, time tracking, etc.)
  • Coordinate onboarding processes
  • Help prepare and facilitate welcome/orientation sessions
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data and maintain accuracy of HRIS systems
  • Collect and analyze time-tracking data to support payroll, attendance monitoring, and compliance reporting
  • Prepare reports, training materials, and presentations for internal use
  • Provide support for recruitment activities
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and troubleshoot time-tracking issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently seeking a Pre-HES / Pre-HEG internship — mandatory as part of your academic program; internship agreement required
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent French (native speaker or equivalent) and strong written and spoken English
