About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and employee lifecycle management (contracts, onboarding, personnel files, visas, work permits, employment certificates, time tracking, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding processes
- Help prepare and facilitate welcome/orientation sessions
- Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data and maintain accuracy of HRIS systems
- Collect and analyze time-tracking data to support payroll, attendance monitoring, and compliance reporting
- Prepare reports, training materials, and presentations for internal use
- Provide support for recruitment activities
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and troubleshoot time-tracking issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently seeking a Pre-HES / Pre-HEG internship — mandatory as part of your academic program; internship agreement required
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent French (native speaker or equivalent) and strong written and spoken English
