About the role
- Assist in program management for Education and Training to ensure adequate training of our customers
- Standardization of the project management best industry standard practices with the use of AI and available tools/templates
- Additional ad hoc IP COE projects and project management-related support of IP COE initiatives related to infection prevention.
- Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.
- Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.
- Engaging in other duties, as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
- Preferred fields of study include Project Management, Business Operations, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Health Administration, or other business-related discipline.
- Must complete two (2) years of undergrad before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.
- Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
- Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
