About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day operations for assigned Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions
Oversee registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail, and other office functions
Supervise clinic/center staff
Lead staff meetings
Participate in performance reviews, human resources counseling, and disciplinary actions
Participate in provider meetings with management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred
Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred
One year medical coding and billing experience preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
