About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day operations for assigned Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions
- Oversee registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail, and other office functions
- Supervise clinic/center staff
- Lead staff meetings
- Participate in performance reviews, human resources counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Participate in provider meetings with management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred
- Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred
- One year medical coding and billing experience preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
