Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program accredited or approved by the Washington Department of Health required
  • One year of outpatient clinic health care experience preferred
  • Experience specific to the type of clinic being hired for preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
  • Current Medical Assistant certification issued by the Washington State Department of Health
  • Certification may be approved, interim, or pending under the stated conditions
