Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED required
Completion of a Medical Assistant program accredited or approved by the Washington Department of Health required
One year of outpatient clinic health care experience preferred
Experience specific to the type of clinic being hired for preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
Current Medical Assistant certification issued by the Washington State Department of Health
Certification may be approved, interim, or pending under the stated conditions
