End-to-end design, development, and implementation: translate customer problems into solutions and design workflow, interactions, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Use strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence.
Set vision for user experience and manage collaboration with stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, product managers, design ops) to develop and implement high-quality product experiences.
Co-own and co-drive the delivery phase with Engineering and Product partners.
Act as a craft mentor for junior and regular designers.
Represent the Product Design & Research team in design discussions and workshops, and give feedback in planning and product channels.
Requirements
Comprehensive understanding and practice of applied user-centered design methodologies (problem framing, hypothesis definition, ideation, testing, handover) and user research.
Strong analytical thinking; ability to work with data and validate assumptions.
Attention to detail with strong case studies proving problem solving.
Active contribution to design systems and reusable design patterns.
Seasoned stakeholder communication and collaboration skills; experience managing expectations.
Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication; Fluent English is a must.
Fast-paced and flexible work style; ability to iterate quickly with quality outcomes.
Being a self-starter with an autonomous, can-do attitude.
A big plus: experience with AI, conversational interfaces, and AR.
