Product Designer

• End-to-end design, development, and implementation: translate customer problems into solutions and design workflow, interactions, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Use strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence.
• Set vision for user experience and manage collaboration with stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, product managers, design ops) to develop and implement high-quality product experiences.
• Co-own and co-drive the delivery phase with Engineering and Product partners.
• Act as a craft mentor for junior and regular designers.
• Represent the Product Design & Research team in design discussions and workshops, and give feedback in planning and product channels.
