• Proactively identify and answer key strategic questions
• Transform data from various sources into clear insights to support product roadmap decisions
• Decipher users' behaviour and communicate insights and recommendations
• Monitor product changes and provide data-driven insights on feature releases
• Pair with Product Heads and Managers to set metrics that describe product success
• Create dashboards to monitor performance of metrics and success
• Define hypotheses, set up and conduct A/B tests
• Work closely with engineers to ensure proper data collection
• Work with petabytes of data and leverage an advanced data stack to shape OLX products
