About the role
- Proactively identify and answer key strategic questions
- Transform data from various sources into clear insights to support product roadmap decisions
- Decipher users' behaviour and communicate insights and recommendations
- Monitor product changes and provide data-driven insights on feature releases
- Pair with Product Heads and Managers to set metrics that describe product success
- Create dashboards to monitor performance of metrics and success
- Define hypotheses, set up and conduct A/B tests
- Work closely with engineers to ensure proper data collection
- Work with petabytes of data and leverage an advanced data stack to shape OLX products
Requirements
- At least 3 years of analytical experience in a digital environment (preferably web or mobile analytics)
- Keen explorer, turning data into stories and insights
- Experience setting metrics and finding baselines
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and concepts (previous experience with Tableau appreciated)
- Proficiency in SQL (MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL or other dialects)
- Solid experience with experimentation and A/B testing
- Experience with data processing and optimization using Python and/or R
- Solid understanding of statistics and ability to interpret A/B test results
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Solid team player with ability to independently assess and prioritize tasks
- Based in Poland
