About the role

  • Create, implement, and measure the B2B Marketing strategy Manage the budget for all B2B marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, GTM and customer support, to ensure a unified approach for B2B clients
  • Work with the CRM team to attract, convert, engage, and communicate with our professional partners - real estate agencies & developers
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing (acquisition & conversion) Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns/initiatives and adjust plans accordingly
  • Coordinate our Social Media communications, together with an external agency
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, webinars, or conferences to improve the brand’s reputation
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and white papers
  • Develop content and write copy, when necessary, to support marketing activities and optimization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a B2B role. We are also open to candidates from creative & PR agencies, with strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use analytical skills
  • A marketer with experience in performance and lifecycle marketing is a plus
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth & improved perception
  • Data savvy and analytical: An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time
  • Be tactical: one of your key strengths is executing plans, go-to-market and project management
  • A love for innovation and out of the box thinking & a true passion for marketing
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
