About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, initiatives customized to fulfill organizational development needs and achieve program objectives
  • Develop and manage organizational diagnostics (e.g., culture surveys, leadership assessments), turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Measuring the achievement of established goals
  • Working on development needs of all operational, business, and functional units, as well as evaluating and overseeing the implementation of organizational development strategies and processes
  • Translate the model into practical frameworks, tools, and guidelines for HR and business leaders
  • Ensuring effective plans to address employee performance issues and to implement Desire to Win culture
  • Supporting individual development planning for emerging leaders
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive development and culture initiatives aligned with business strategy
  • Contribute to shaping the HR operating model, with a focus on the learning ecosystem (ODEE), capability building, and future evolution
  • Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Implementing market trends, and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously improve OD practices and employee experience
  • Assessing and collaborating with management to address interpersonal and work-related issues, and consulting with managers to identify suitable approaches, such as coaching, skills training, or intervention
  • Collecting and evaluating input from all organizational levels regarding noteworthy accomplishments, areas for advancement, highlights, and concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline - nice to have
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in English
