Customer Support and Payments Specialist

About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or payments operations.
- Hands-on experience with payment processing systems and invoicing procedures.
- Very good command of English (at min. B2 level).
- Strong knowledge of financial documentation and billing processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
