About the role
- Lead comprehensive civil design efforts on federal projects —including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout — ensuring precision and compliance.
- Develop detailed planning and design documents, technical specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-quality project outcomes.
- Ensure all designs meet UFC, DoD, VA, and other federal regulations and standards.
- Support proposal development and actively participate in federal RFP responses.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, guiding projects from concept through completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in civil/site design, ideally with federal clients.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
- Deep understanding of DoD, VA, and federal design standards and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to coordinate complex projects.
