• Develop and own the performance marketing and demand generation strategy to achieve strategic bookings goals while leading the team to help you achieve success.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound demand generation channels (e.g., SEM, Paid Social, YouTube, Email, Webinars, Content Syndication, ABM), ensuring optimal budget allocation and conversion rates across the funnel.

Senior Director, Performance Marketing

• Guide and coach Olo’s Blue Team on Information Protection, Incident Detection and Response and Service Delivery
• You will recruit, develop and scale a team of world class security engineers; providing strategic and tactical oversight to the team and the program
• Support a team of security engineers and analysts who hunt, detect, and respond to internal and external threats
• Collaborate with customers and partners to strengthen their security posture

Accounts Receivable

• Lead and mentor the team of overseas collections analysts and AR specialists. Assign accounts, prioritize workloads, and ensure the team has the training and resources to operate independently.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve effective collections strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize timely cash collection.
• Oversee all day-to-day collections. Actively monitor the AR aging report to prioritize outreach and adjust strategies as needed.
• Cash Application: Ensure the accurate processing and documentation of cash applications. Manage the prompt resolution of unapplied payments and issues related to failed payments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Revenue Ops, Sales, and Legal) to enforce collections policies.
• Build rapport with customers to improve response and collection rates while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Ensure prompt handling of collections-related communication.
