About the role
- Ensure technical excellence across all customer operations
- Take responsibility for regulatory requirements in the energy market
- Develop existing customer solutions and create new use cases
- Conduct potential analyses and execute structured customer onboardings
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide technical advice to customers
- Support escalations, acting as the technical interface
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the energy industry and regulatory frameworks
- Technical understanding of energy systems (e.g., BESS, PV, energy management platforms such as visions)
- Experience in analysis, potential assessment and implementation of energy projects
- Familiarity with project management and structured customer onboarding
