About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the North America implementation organization
- Direct leadership of all NA Delivery personnel
- Ensure seamless transitions from migration to long-term operations
- Act as the bridge between design and execution
- Oversee implementation of cloud-native principles
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–12+ years in engineering and cloud architecture
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Strong working knowledge of AWS MAP requirements and OLA processes
- Proven leadership managing large, distributed teams
- Deep expertise in cloud operations (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Foundational certifications in a minimum of 2 different CSPs
