About the role
- Create high-quality, on-trend nail content featuring: Regular polish, Gel and Builder Gel, Press-ons, Nail art, transformations, tutorials, before/afters
- Produce product-focused content (how-to, benefits, demos, routines, unboxings, reviews, UGC-style)
- Film, edit, and deliver short-form video and photo content optimized for: TikTok, Instagram Reels + Stories, YouTube Shorts, Paid social & e-commerce product pages
- Stay ahead of social, beauty, and nail trends and translate them into brand-relevant content
- Ideate, pitch, and execute new content formats weekly
- Collaborate with social and cross-functional teams to support launches and evergreen content
- Own the full creation process: concept, filming, editing, captions, final delivery
- Batch and organize content for monthly calendars and launches
- Maintain a consistent visual and brand voice across platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years creating content for beauty, nails, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience with nail content
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva or similar)
- Comfortable filming hands, face-to-cam, and POV content
- Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, hooks, and pacing
- Ability to shoot both aesthetic and UGC-style content
