• Lead and mentor the Service Delivery, Talent Management, and Bid Management teams to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in UK Government departments and private sector organisations.
• Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all contractual obligations and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Support the Service Delivery team with Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic resource allocation.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
• Create and manage a strategic roadmap, to be maintained regularly with progress presented to the directors each month.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier digital professionals.
• Ensure rigorous quality assurance and vetting processes for all recruited personnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate resource needs and address skill gaps.
• Responsible for the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to submission.
• Develop compelling bid strategies and oversee the creation of high-quality, persuasive tender responses.
• Ensure strict compliance with all procurement regulations and governance frameworks.
