About the role

Design, develop, and maintain frontend features using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications, focusing on both performance and usability.
Take ownership of frontend components, ensuring they are well-tested, documented, and aligned with our coding standards.
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to improving our development practices.
Participate in regular feedback loops and make data-driven improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
Continuously improve the frontend architecture and ensure the application scales efficiently as we grow.
Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and trends and bring new ideas and improvements to the table.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js.
Proficiency with TypeScript, including its type system and best practices.
Experience working with Tailwind CSS and building responsive, accessible, and highly performant UIs.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Knowledge of frontend state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
A strong customer-centric mindset (must have) and the ability to understand user needs and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
