About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and national accounts for strategic direction.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
  • Translate national business strategy into clear, executable plans for the territory.
  • Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners.
  • Design and implement incentive programs for distributor organizations.
  • Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts against annual plans monthly.
  • Leverage key consumption data sources for fact-based plans and solutions.
  • Manage key retailers and establish promotion calendars.
  • Build innovative presentations for business and distribution partners.
  • Lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and train a team of Regional Managers.
  • Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods company.
  • Proficient in Data Tools (SPINS, Retailer Portals).
  • Strong planning, organization and project management skills.
  • Experience in the Natural Products Industry.
  • Established relationships and experience working with key retail accounts.
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Works well with ambiguity.
  • Deeply passionate about OLIPOP and inspired by what we represent.
  • People leader with demonstrated experience managing a field sales team.
  • High EQ approach to selling and leading a team.
