About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and national accounts for strategic direction.
- Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
- Translate national business strategy into clear, executable plans for the territory.
- Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners.
- Design and implement incentive programs for distributor organizations.
- Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts against annual plans monthly.
- Leverage key consumption data sources for fact-based plans and solutions.
- Manage key retailers and establish promotion calendars.
- Build innovative presentations for business and distribution partners.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and train a team of Regional Managers.
- Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods company.
- Proficient in Data Tools (SPINS, Retailer Portals).
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills.
- Experience in the Natural Products Industry.
- Established relationships and experience working with key retail accounts.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Works well with ambiguity.
- Deeply passionate about OLIPOP and inspired by what we represent.
- People leader with demonstrated experience managing a field sales team.
- High EQ approach to selling and leading a team.
