Key responsibilities & impact

Directly controls and has full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters to Contractor performance
Interfaces with all functional elements to establish and modify processes
Anticipate or solve problems and determine internal customer needs
Provides management, organizational, business, and technical leadership
Successfully operates Distribution Centers, consistently meets APLs
Maintains audit readiness through peak demand and special projects
Conducted a redesign and consolidation of packaging areas into a single warehouse bay
Implements employee incentives and mentors/trains employees

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent ten (10) years Government or private-sector work experience)
Three (3) years of management experience
Experience in managing projects, contracts, funds, and resources
Must be articulate, creative, a problem solver, a decision-maker, and a change agent
Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements within 48 hours of notifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Secret Clearance
