About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult, Coach, and Influence
  • Partner directly with title agents to evaluate their marketing and business development strategies
  • Conduct deep-dive audits across key channels: websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email, and CRM
  • Design customized, actionable marketing plans tailored to each agent’s goals and market
  • Deliver high-impact training through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and in-person sessions
  • Act as a strategic advisor—guiding agents on client engagement, visibility, and revenue growth
  • Continuously refine your approach based on performance data, feedback, and market trends
  • Create and enhance training materials, playbooks, guides, and video resources
  • Develop scalable tools, templates, and workflows that extend your impact
  • Partner with leadership to shape and grow the marketing training program
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technology teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve agent experience and program effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email, CRM)
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses or client-facing environments
  • Ability to assess needs and build customized solutions—not just deliver pre-built training
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in real estate or supporting real estate professionals is a plus
  • Real estate exposure is helpful—but not required
