About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple vendors and contractors
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and vendor performance
- Serve as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners
- Foster open communication across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Anticipate operational needs and address challenges in a timely and effective manner
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring alignment
- Manage and coordinate multiple vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Identify alternative approaches to problem-solving and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Monitor, review, and manage submissions or approvals in accordance with company protocols
- Track project progress, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Communicate updates, changes, and project needs clearly to all stakeholders
- Support large-scale operational initiatives involving multiple moving parts and teams
- Ensure a high level of customer service and responsiveness across all interactions
- Prepare reports, updates, and project documentation as required
- Fully execute and deliver on assigned projects and initiatives
- Stay current with tools, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency and execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in vendor management and/or project coordination, operations
- Experience coordinating office moves, facilities, or large operational projects preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting large, multi-phase projects with multiple vendors
