Report on status of new or existing projects; forecast resource capacity; formulate and define project scope, project artifacts and objectives.
Maintain and create project schedules in accordance with industry best practices.
Lead medium- and large-sized technical projects to include meetings and events; create, update and validate project data and report the data to management and peers; create and maintain project records; lead others in the ongoing completion of their work according to best practice.
Proactively identify and recommend corrective action for projects at risk of missing delivery objectives.
Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Typically has 7-15 years of relevant technical and business work experience, to include project management in waterfall, agile and hybrid environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Project Online, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, OneNote, Teams and Microsoft 365.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.
