- Experience in Software QA
- Automation and Backend testing skills
- Complete procedures and ensure that all products and services meet standards and requirements
- Document and resolve problems

- Perform workflow analysis and recommend improvements
- Competent to work in most phases of quality assurance and understand business implications of testing results
- Excellent professional written, verbal, listening and communication skills
- Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers
