Requirements
What you’ll need- CA(SA), CFA, Actuarial or similar is preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity or similar
- Strong corporate finance, transaction advisory and valuation expertise
- Advanced financial modelling and investment analysis skills
- Knowledge of IFRS valuation requirements, M&A, capital structuring and corporate actions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Chartered Accountancy is required
