About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partnering with leadership teams and contributing to Business Unit and Segment People Plans
- Developing and implementing tactical HR plans that drive organisational effectiveness
- Providing end to end HR advisory services
- Ensuring effective implementation of agreed people initiatives
- Developing procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation
- Providing specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
- Delivering complex analyses of HR data and contributing to the creation of HR insights
- Supporting managers at formal hearings for individual employee relations cases
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in HR related studies (BCOM: HR Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, etc.)
- Proven HR Generalist consulting experience of 3 years or more
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services would be advantageous
- Experience supporting Sales & Distribution teams is advantageous
