About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable pricing and actuarial processing infrastructure
- Improve the stability, efficiency, usability, and control of business-critical actuarial solutions
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual actuarial and business processes
- Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to support pricing, actuarial operations, reporting, and analytics
- Translate business problems into practical, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions
- Ensure solutions comply with model risk, IT, data, and broader risk management requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Actuarial student making good progress with actuarial exams
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in an actuarial operations, pricing operations, technical enablement, or business solutioning environment would be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power Query skills
- Solid Python or C# development skills
- Working understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment practices
- Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly S3, Redshift, and related cloud and data services, will be advantageous.
