Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.

NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
Strong consultative selling skills
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Ability to evaluate and identify customer needs
Proficiency in using CRM data
