About the role

  • Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
  • Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  • Receive visitors and assist with requests for information; refer complex matters to colleagues.
  • Ensure basic customer details in CRM are accurate and record follow-up actions and sales call notes.
  • Interview the customer using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
  • Make calls (telephone or in person) to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
  • Provide first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory adherence.
  • Carry out routine business development support tasks and assist others by following established procedures.
  • Identify potential customers via information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
  • Select appropriate data from information provided and input into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  • Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas.
