About the role
- Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
- Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
- Receive visitors and assist with requests for information; refer complex matters to colleagues.
- Ensure basic customer details in CRM are accurate and record follow-up actions and sales call notes.
- Interview the customer using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
- Make calls (telephone or in person) to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
- Provide first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory adherence.
- Carry out routine business development support tasks and assist others by following established procedures.
- Identify potential customers via information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
- Select appropriate data from information provided and input into spreadsheets or standard formats.
- Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas.
