Key responsibilities & impact

Completing various finance and technical accounting responsibilities within Group reporting and Insights
Delivering high-quality financial reporting, governance, and control over Employee Share Schemes
Overseeing IFRS 2 and share trust accounting processes
Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Leading optimisation initiatives and providing mentorship to junior staff
Preparing and reviewing high-quality financial statements for share trusts
Maintaining detailed reconciliations and understanding trust movements
Supporting external and internal audit

Requirements

What you’ll need

CA(SA) with 10+ years post article experience
At least 3 years with relevant experience
Work experience within OML essential
Strong technical expertise in IFRS and financial reporting
Experience in Financial Services essential
Advanced computer literacy with strong systems aptitude
Ability to manage complex senior‑level stakeholder relationships
