Full ownership of the enterprise-wide jobs catalogue
Design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of job families and standardised role profiles
Rigorous job evaluation and analysis of organisational requirements
Collaborate with Organisation Design team, HC Business Partners, Reward, Talent Management, and business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3yrs related enterprise wide work experience
Workday HRIS platform knowledge and experience advantageous
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
NQF Level 7 - Degree, Advance Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent (Required)
