About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide input into BU and Segment People Plan
- Develop and implement tactical HR people plans
- Partner with Senior Management teams
- Manage a small team of HR Professionals
- Help develop procedures for an area of the organization
- Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data and contribute to the creation of HR insights
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing employee relations solutions
- Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in HR related studies (BCOM: HR Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, etc.)
- HR Generalist consulting experience of 3 years or more
