About the role

  • Facilitate removal of impediments and foster team dynamics.
  • Lead a team of IT resources to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate with relevant qualification.
  • Good understanding of business IT.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe).
  • Strong technical background (Business Analyst, Software Developer, Quality Analyst or Project Manager).
  • Experience applying Agile/XP/Scrum practices and coaching teams.
  • Proficiency in managing scope in an Agile project.
  • Ability to run and facilitate core meetings and activities: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily stand ups, etc.
  • JIRA/Confluence experience (or other relevant tools).
