About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate removal of impediments and foster team dynamics.
Lead a team of IT resources to ensure quality delivery.
Manage Agile ceremonies and problem-solving activities.
Plan and manage software releases and backlog.
Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Execute elements of the digital roadmap leveraging agile principles.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Develop personal capabilities and maintain industry knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Matric certificate with relevant qualification.
Good understanding of business IT.
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe).
Strong technical background (Business Analyst, Software Developer, Quality Analyst or Project Manager).
Experience applying Agile/XP/Scrum practices and coaching teams.
Proficiency in managing scope in an Agile project.
Ability to run and facilitate core meetings and activities: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily stand ups, etc.
JIRA/Confluence experience (or other relevant tools).
