About the role
- Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
- Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
- Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information.
- Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
- Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision-makers.
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
- Monitor and assess sales and market data for specific geographic regions.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification)
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentations skills an added advantage
