About the role

  • Assist Risk Officers to ensure that risk processes occur at business unit level.
  • Track progress against budgets and report variances.
  • Conduct research and select information for analysis.
  • Draft policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure the organization is not exposed to undue risks.
  • Analyze risks associated with products and applications.
  • Advise on designing new processes and systems.
  • Contribute to preparation of data and analytics reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in Banking.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience developing risk models and/or quantitative analytics.
  • Regulatory Capital and IFRS 9 experience
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SAS, Python) is advantageous.
