  • Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns and accounts, focusing on delivering accurate, timely, and tailored advice.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to rural businesses, offering practical tax solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with rural clients, providing expert guidance on tax and broader accountancy matters.

Requirements

  • A solid accountancy background, with experience handling the tax aspects of client work
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with rural clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
