Develop and maintain monthly and annual demand forecasts by product, sales channel and/or geography, and key account
Leverage the Atlas statistical modeling system to build and refine forecast models, improve forecast accuracy, and analyze demand trends
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on sales expectations and forecast assumptions
Conduct regular planning meetings with key customers to review forecast performance, promotional activity, and inventory needs
Analyze SKU and location-level sell-through to identify opportunities and inventory risk
Support product launches and seasonal programs with robust inventory flow plans in coordination with Operations and Sales teams
Develop and maintain reporting tools to track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory metrics at SKU and location levels
Provide input into underperforming products and recommendations on any SKU rationalization opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the product lifecycle
Act as a strategic leader within the demand planning team, proactively driving forecasting initiatives and requests from leadership to support business growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting, or related disciplines
Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning platforms
Hands-on experience with statistical forecasting models or planning systems (Atlas or equivalent) strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
