About the role

  • Ensure efficiency and reliability in the grain flow from origin to final destination, and manage costs and risks associated with transportation and grain grading.
  • Contract road transportation (FOB) and manage deliveries under CIF contracts, according to demand provided by the São Paulo logistics team.
  • Authorize release of loading points and schedule grading facilities, aligned with the origination team.
  • Quote spot and future road freight rates.
  • Manage road discharge quotas at transshipment points/terminals and monitor product quality during loading and unloading.
  • Control and communicate pricing of contracted freight.
  • Maintain strict compliance with the company’s quality, safety, health, and environmental procedures in line with the Integrated Management Policy, and in accordance with the company Code of Conduct, Values and Principles.
  • Strategic overview across flows.
  • Knowledge of PR/MS flows.
  • P&L (Profit & Loss).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Proficient in Excel (required)
  • SAP and Power BI (differential/plus)
  • Experience in agribusiness
