About the role
- Ensure continuous logistics competitiveness through operational planning and execution, aligned with market cost levels, with a strong emphasis on strengthening integration with the commercial (origination) team.
- Contract road transportation (FOB) and manage contract deliveries (CIF) according to demand provided by the São Paulo logistics team.
- Authorize shipping points and schedule classifying facilities, coordinated with the origination team.
- Obtain quotes for spot and future road freight.
- Prepare reports on road freight market outlook and regional logistics projects.
- Manage road unloading quotas at transshipment points/terminals and monitor product quality during loading and unloading.
- Monitor and consolidate executed freight data and contract volumes (PNL).
- Control and communicate pricing for contracted freight.
- Strictly comply with the company's quality, safety, health and environmental procedures, in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy and the company's Code of Conduct, values and principles.
- Provide a strategic perspective across logistics flows.
- Familiarity with the Goiás logistics flow.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel (required) and Power BI (advantage).
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
