Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of professional developer experience (Ssr or Sr level)
  • Strong software architecture skills across front end and back end
  • Ability to design systems, model data, define clean API contracts, and structure codebases for change
  • Full-stack experience owning both front-end and back-end development
  • Intensive, demonstrable daily use of AI in software development
  • Autonomy and self-management without close supervision
  • Basic English for technical reading and basic communication
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar
  • Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code
  • Experience with Go is nice to have, not required
  • Background in small teams, startups, or high-autonomy environments is nice to have
