• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe that aligns with business growth objectives
• Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX in Europe
• Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
• Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
• Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience
• Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience
• Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product and other related business areas
